When your revisions are ready, and you log on to the FTP server, make a folder on 
your Local computer called Bring Back. When you connect to the Remote System, 
click the Left arrow to bring back all your files, or the ones you are about to change.

As you know if you write over a file, and then it is not correct, you can start to sweat. 
So, with this extra back-up, if you make a mistake, just go to the Bring Back folder, 
and click the Right arrow to re-send the good copy.
